How long will it take you to build my boat after I order?

While all our boats are made-to-order, they do not enter our production process immediately after the order is placed. Your order will be put in our standard queue and our current lead time is around 8 weeks +/-.

Am I making a deposit?

Not on orders purchased through our online store. A 50% deposit is required on custom build phone orders.

What does your warranty cover?

We provide a limited warranty on our rafts, catarafts, tubes, and inflatable kayaks, covering up to 10 years for recreational use and 6 years for commercial use.

Can you stand on the I-beam floor in a raft?

Yes, The floors are stable enough to stand on comfortably.

Can you install a Drop Stitch floor in my raft?

No, we do not use the Drop Stitch Floors anymore.
