Customizing your boat’s shape and dimensions gives you the power to create the perfect fit for your adventures. Whether you need added buoyancy for heavy loads, a slimmer profile to slip through tight canyon passages, or extended length to accommodate extra passengers or gear, tailored sizing ensures your raft performs exactly how and where you need it to.

MAKE IT NARROWER / WIDER
Widening your raft can increase buoyancy and stability, helping it carry heavier loads and reducing the risk of flipping in rough water. It also creates more interior space for gear, passengers, and larger frame setups, improving overall comfort and versatility.
You can increase the width of your raft by up to 3 inches for an additional $300, while reducing the width by up to 3 inches is free of charge.

MAKE IT LONGER / SHORTER
Lengthening your raft can improve tracking and overall performance, especially in fast or technical water. It provides more room for passengers, gear, or larger frame systems, making it ideal for extended trips or outfitting needs.
You can add up to 6 inches to the length of your raft for $300, while shortening it by up to 6 inches is free of charge.

MAKE IT MORE / LESS BOUYANT
Increasing the tube diameter of your raft boosts buoyancy and keeps the boat riding higher in the water, even when heavily loaded. Larger tubes offer better protection against waves and rocks, creating a drier, more forgiving ride.
You can increase the tube diameter by 1 inch for $300, while decreasing it by 1 inch is free of charge.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does this design fee include additions such as extra d-rings or chafe?
No, the Custom Design Fee includes your consultation and dimensional customizations. But of course, you can still add these features to your boat for extra charge.
If I want to change the inside width and length of the boat, would this be a fully custom design fee?
No, you would just be charged for the additional width and additional length.
Is there a charge or discount, to subtract width, length, or tube diameter?
No, there is not a charge, nor will you receive a discount, for subtracting width, length, or tube diameter.
What if I like the with dimensions of your 14 foot boat, but I need it to be 16 feet long?
You would be charged the $300 for each of the four 6” increments - to equal an additional 24 inches, for a total of $1,200 charge for the length increase.
