By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

2. Eligibility 

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of SOTAR, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or any agencies or individuals professionally connected with the giveaway, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. 

3. Giveaway Entry Period 

The giveaway will run across multiple in-person events from January 30, 2026 to March 15, 2026. The winner will be selected before March 23, 2026. 

4. How to Enter 

Entry is in-person only. To enter, participants must visit a SOTAR booth at one of the following 2026 Sportsmen's & Outdoor Recreation Shows, scan the on-site QR code, and join the SOTAR email list: 

• KVAL Eugene Sportsmen's Show (Jan 30–Feb 1) 
  

• Seven Feathers Douglas County Sportsmen's Show (Feb 6–8) 
  

• Newswatch 12 Jackson County Sportsmen's Show (Feb 20–22)
  

• Crown Motors NorCal Boat, Sport & RV Show (Feb 27–Mar 1)
  

• Newswatch 12 Klamath County Sportsmen's Show (Mar 13–15) 
   
   

Limit one entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified. 

5. Prize Description 

One winner will receive a green SOTAR Rondel 8' Inflatable Kayak – Merlin Series. 

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,200 USD

•  Prize is non-transferable, and no cash or prize substitution is permitted. 

• Prize includes kayak only. Shipping is not included. Free pickup is available at SOTAR HQ in Merlin, Oregon. Shipping may be arranged at the winner’s expense. 
    

6. Winner Selection and Notification 

One winner will be randomly selected by SOTAR after the final event concludes and no later than March 23, 2026. 

The winner will be notified by email. They will have 14 days to respond and confirm acceptance. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, SOTAR reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 

7. Odds of Winning 

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

8. General Conditions 

By entering, participants agree to: 

• Be added to the SOTAR email list. You may unsubscribe at any time.

• Release and hold harmless SOTAR and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use. 
  

• SOTAR reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the requirements or that are suspected of fraud or abuse. 

9. Publicity 

By accepting the prize, the winner grants SOTAR permission to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
