The durability, craftsmanship, and quality of SOTAR rafts is now available in a River Tube. The SOTAR River Tube is constructed out of 40 oz. Urethane, same as our other inflatables. The similarities do not end there. Each tube is handcrafted here in Southern Oregon with the same attention to detail used building our rafts, cat tubes, and IK's.
