The USA Women’s Raft Racing Team – Open, also known as the Red Ladies, grew out of a strong whitewater community in the Arkansas River Valley. Built by experienced women paddlers, the team developed through years of training, guiding, and racing together on challenging rivers.

The team has represented the United States in national and international raft racing, including podium-level competition on the world stage. Today, the Red Ladies continue to train, compete, and help raise the profile of women’s raft racing in the U.S.
