We provide a 30-day window for returns or exchanges. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply. Certain items, such as glue and chemicals, are non-returnable.

Once receive your returned item, we will promptly process your refund, minus any applicable restocking fees.

At SOTAR, we understand that accidents happen. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer exchanges for the same item. Simply email us at sales@sotar.com, and we will guide you through the exchange process.

When it comes to gifts, we have you covered. If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

For your convenience, we offer shipping services to ensure your gear reaches you in a timely manner. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
